So here are a few common issues and solutions:

??? RECEIVING A TEXT MESSAGE: "SERVICE ACCESS DENIED"

You will have to contact your Mobile Provider and ask them to "UNBLOCK SHORT CODES" on your mobile device. It is free and safe to do. If you're able to access your mobile account online, you can actually do it yourself.

By default, Mobile companies will initially block their users from short codes in texting. They do this because it is uncommon to use numbers that are shorter than a phone number and they also do this so that users do not unnecessarily occur charges for sending text messages to short numbers (codes) without reason.
